Due to the COVID-19 virus The Star Hotel is currently closed, the bottle shop is open for takeaway service only from 10am to 6pm daily. The chefs at Eastern Palace, Ang and Oi Fang, affectionately known to the locals as Billy and Lisa have operated the restaurant for over 20 years. The Chinese cuisine at the Star Hotel Rutherglen offers Cantonese, Peking and Schezwan style food, all cooked fresh to order. The menu is extensive offering two banquet style meals or a la carte. Traditional pub grub and kids meals are also available. They can cater to your dietary requirements and also have a gluten free and vegetarian menu available.
