Led by Ryan Taylor and locally born chef Shannon Wilson, the Quarter on Hay is now recognised as one of the top restaurants in Perth. After receiving a ‘one star’ from ‘The West Australian Good Food Guide’ for 2011, the Quarter’s menu has gone from strength to strength.

We have several amazing wine dinners on the menu this year in conjunction with Woodside Valley Estate, Xanadu and Xabregas to name a few.
