We're situated right on the corner of Brisbane and Beaufort Street, Perth's hippest thoroughfare.
A previously decaying old icon has been transformed into a bustling and vibrant venue abundant in community cool but losing none of its pub values. The Brisbane is somewhat a reinvention of the classic pub, set in urban and contemporary surroundings. Our eclectic blend of customers and staff creates a welcoming and dynamic character, offering a sense of familiarity for our patrons. The Brisbane is a local pub for city folk.
Our modern pub food is served in healthy proportions using the freshest of local ingredients. What you can expect from The Brisbane is an enthusiastic welcome, quality fresh cuisine, premium affordable wines, innovative design, a lush terraced beer garden and outstanding service.
Jackson's menu is seasonally based and offers a wide-range of a la carte choices including a section for vegetarians. His "Dego" (as Neal explains it - Australian for degustation) provides diners with the opportunity to experience the full breadth of his talents in seven different courses, either by themselves or matched with a selected glass of wine, with a choice of upgrading to the premium “Sommelier’s Selection”.
In the heart of Highgate’s buzzing Beaufort Street, just a stone’s throw from the Perth CBD, is a little slice of Paris. Must is as its name suggests – more than Perth’s number one winebar, it’s also one of the city’s most fashionable bistros and home to the best French provincial-inspired food this side of Provence.
Opened in 2001 by renowned West Australian chef, Russell Blaikie, the restaurant has become an iconic neighbourhood favourite thanks to its celebrated wine list, seamless service and Russell’s faultless, seasonally driven food. Add a cool and casual atmosphere and it’s easy to see why the regular crowd of locals, foodies and wine aficionados keep coming back for more
Orginally built in 1889, The Queens underwent extensive renovation in 1986. The Queens, contemporary pub with timeless style, where food, friendly staff and great beer come together as one.
The Queens lives up to its reputation as one of Perth's premier hospitality venues.
This beautiful, iconic and majestic building was built in 1899. It is situated in the trendy cafe area of Mt Lawley.
Internally the public spaces have been opened up in a major way with removal of sections of the upper floor and ceilings over the bar area. A fireplace suspended in space, door jambs left standing in the middle of the room. The result is a building that is quite obviously not original, but neither is the way in which it is used today and judging by the re-visits by many who return it is a place people enjoy using. Upstairs your guests will also be able to enjoy the balcony views, which look onto the bustling movement of Beaufort Street.
